At the Town of Stouffville, we believe that constant improvement is the key to delivering outstanding services and fostering meaningful connections with our valued customers. That's why we have embarked on an exciting project in collaboration with the Customer Service Professionals Network (CSPN) to develop a robust Customer Service Framework and Implementation Plan. This endeavour aims to redefine our service philosophy, establish guiding principles, and create a strategic action plan tailored to meet the diverse needs of our residents, businesses, stakeholders, and the entire Town.

The Service Excellence Framework was endorsed in principle by Council on October 4, 2023. The Service Excellence Framework is currently in the implementation phase.
